The HR Generalist - Corporate will play a key role in supporting the corporate employee population across a range of HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and engagement. This position will work closely with department leaders to drive HR strategies aligned with business goals, while also supporting office operations and employee experience initiatives, reporting to the Director of People. This role requires a resourceful, organized, and people-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The HR Generalist will also assist in cross-functional communication and internal coordination to enhance the overall employee experience at our corporate office.
