About The Position

The HR Equal Employment Opportunity Lead develops, implements, and evaluates affirmative action programs to support compliance with applicable government regulations and organizational goals. This role is responsible for assessing the effectiveness of Equal Employment Opportunity data systems, preparing employment trend and workforce utilization reports, and identifying opportunities to improve recruiting and employee programs in support of EEO goals and regulatory requirements. The HR Compliance Lead advises senior leaders and executives on matters of significance, including EEO compliance trends, reporting insights, risk areas, and functional strategies. The role requires independent judgment, strong analytical capability, and the ability to evaluate complex issues involving multiple variables. The HR Compliance Lead works under minimal supervision and determines the appropriate course of action on complex assignments and related responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8 or more years of Human Resources experience within a matrixed organization
  • 2 or more years of project leadership experience
  • 4 or more years of experience with EEO policies and plans, including reviewing or implementing Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action plans
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and drive deadlines across a matrixed organization
  • Ability to interpret and present complex data to a variety of stakeholders and audiences
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence and advise leaders on sensitive compliance-related matters
  • Strong attention to detail, judgment, and discretion when handling confidential information

  • Education or experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
  • Master's degree or law degree
