About The Position
The Freelance Firm is a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for client law firms. Our client contracts nationwide with SMB's to provide written responses to submitted client inquiries on everyday employment and business law matters. This opportunity is for an attorney with expertise in HR/Employment Law in Georgia, providing email/phone support only.
Requirements
- Licensed in good standing to practice law in Georgia
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR/Employment Law
- In-depth understanding of HR/Employment Law in licensed State
- Clear, concise, comprehensive written communicator - able to provide written, complete answers to client inquiries in one response in most cases
- Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter and able to work independently
Responsibilities
- Provide written responses to submitted client inquiries on everyday employment and business law matters.
- Conduct research, review, and drafting of employment and business law-related policies, forms, and documents.
