This specific opportunity is for an attorney with expertise in HR/Employment Law in California to provide written responses to client inquiries on everyday employment and business law matters. The role involves research, review, and drafting of employment and business law-related policies, forms, and documents.
Requirements
- Licensed in good standing to practice law in California
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR/Employment Law
- In-depth understanding of HR/Employment Law in California
- Clear, concise, comprehensive written communication skills
- Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter and able to work independently
Responsibilities
- Provide written responses to submitted client inquiries on everyday employment and business law matters.
- Conduct research, review, and drafting of employment and business law-related policies, forms, and documents.
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and comprehensively in written responses, aiming to provide complete answers in one response in most cases.
