Our client law firms contract nationwide with SMBs to provide written responses to client inquiries on everyday employment and business law matters. This opportunity is for an attorney with expertise in HR/Employment Law in California, focusing on providing email and phone support.

Requirements

• Licensed in good standing to practice law in California.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR/Employment Law.
• In-depth understanding of HR/Employment Law in California.
• Clear, concise, comprehensive written communication skills.
• Ability to provide complete written answers to client inquiries in one response in most cases.
• Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Self-starter and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide written responses to submitted client inquiries on everyday employment and business law matters.
• Conduct research, review, and drafting of employment and business law-related policies, forms, and documents.
