About The Position

The Freelance Firm is a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals providing on-demand support for legal projects. Our client contracts nationwide with SMBs to provide written responses to submitted client inquiries on everyday employment and business law matters. This opportunity is for an attorney with expertise in HR/Employment Law in New Jersey, focusing on providing email/phone support.

Requirements

Licensed in good standing to practice law in New Jersey.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR/Employment Law.
In-depth understanding of HR/Employment Law in New Jersey.
Clear, concise, comprehensive written communication skills, able to provide complete answers in one response.
Well-organized with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Self-starter and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Provide written responses to client inquiries on everyday employment and business law matters.
Conduct research, review, and drafting of employment and business law-related policies, forms, and documents.
Offer email/phone support.
