About The Position

NEW ROLE DUE TO GROWTH – a RAPIDLY growing technology company is looking for an HR Director for a data center located south of Dallas, TX. SUMMARY: - Lead a team of HR professionals to deliver proactive, business-aligned support to help strengthen performance, culture, organizational effectiveness, etc. - Elevate the company’s people department/function - Senior/strategic advisor to company leaders - Oversee employee relations/employee engagement within assigned business units

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience
• Strong employee relations, strategic partnership, and organizational design experience
• Experience in high-growth or complex environments
• Leadership experience
• Data-driven mindset
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

• Technology, data center, bitcoin, or similar industry experience is preferred
