About The Position
Well established non-profit in Staten Island, NY is looking for a VP of HR to lead their HR function. SUMMARY: - Strategic and hands-on role leading a small team overseeing all aspects of HR (i.e., talent acquisition, on-boarding, training and employee development, performance management, employee relations, etc.) - A trusted advisor working closely/collaboratively with the executive team - A strategic and operational HR leader
Requirements
- 6+ years of broad and deep HR experience
- 4+ years of experience leading others
- Some experience in non-profits is a plus
- Creative/innovative mindset
- Bachelor’s degree and/or an HR certification
