The Human Resources Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department while ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies. This position will provide operational leadership in the areas of payroll administration, employee benefits, leave management, workers’ compensation coordination, employee relations, HR systems administration, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR leader with strong technical HR knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to develop internal HR staff while building efficient and compliant HR processes across a multi-site healthcare organization.
