About The Position

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced HR Director to fill an opening with an Article 28 Facility located in New York. This is a leadership role in a growing healthcare staffing organization where you will shape organizational culture and support healthcare professionals' careers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-8 years of progressive HR experience
• 2-3 years in a Director or senior leadership capacity in healthcare settings/corporate healthcare environment
• Proven knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, healthcare HR practices, policy design, and organizational development
• Demonstrated success in employee relations, policy design, and organizational development

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Manage employee relations, compliance, and policy development
• Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development programs
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and labor laws
• Lead organizational development and performance management systems
• Manage HR metrics and reporting for strategic decision-making

Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000 annually
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
