What You'll Do As an HR Director, you'll be a key strategic partner to senior business leaders, shaping people strategies that fuel business performance and organizational growth. In this role, you will: * Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives. * Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives that enable growth. * Coach and influence leaders on talent, performance, employee relations, succession planning, and leadership effectiveness. * Champion an inclusive, high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent. * Leverage data and workforce insights to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and inform strategic decisions. * Collaborate across global, cross-functional teams to deliver scalable HR solutions that support a complex matrix organization. * Lead with credibility, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset to help the business achieve outstanding results.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree with 6+ years of progressive HR experience, or Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as a senior HR Business Partner within a large multinational organization.
  • Preferred fields of study include Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other professional HR certifications are preferred.

  • Strong coaching and consulting capabilities with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to manage highly confidential information with integrity.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, PPI, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 10–20% as business needs require.
