About The Position

Arthrex is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. Arthrex is actively seeking a HR Data Governance- Lead Business Analyst with a strong focus on HR Data Governance, responsible for partnering with Human Resources to establish, maintain, and continuously improve the quality of global HR data. This role will lead the development and execution of HR data standards, policies, processes, quality controls, and compliance practices to ensure HR data is accurate, consistent, secure, and effectively managed across systems and regions. This position will develop a strong understanding of business processes and objectives to help formulate data initiatives and strategy. The role will work closely with HR Data Stewards, who own the data, to support adherence to governance standards, resolve data quality issues, and ensure HR data is managed consistently per SLAs across the organization. Excellent communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills, along with a Bachelor’s degree, will be essential for this position. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area is required; preferably in Business Management or Computer Science.
Minimum eight years of experience in a data governance related role.
Minimum five years of experience in creating and leading a Master Data Governance/Management strategy and program is required.
Minimum three years of experience in the deployment or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is required.
Experience with Human Resources business analysis or business process improvement activity is required.
Experience leading cross functional business and technology and data initiatives.
Proven ability to manage and influence key stakeholders to align on strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact appropriately with all levels of the organization.
Ability to lead process improvement and IT projects to achieve business goals and objectives by using various techniques and tools.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Strong project leadership skills and ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills and motivation for continuous improvement.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Proven success with leading multiple simultaneous complicated/high exposure projects/tasks.

Responsibilities

Develops, maintains, and facilitates approval of HR data standards, policies, processes, and quality controls ensuring consistent data practices and resolving cross-regional and cross-functional data conflicts.
Provides overall data governance for global data policies, standards, and controls to ensure HR data compliance, quality, accuracy, and completeness.
Supports the quality, security, and integrity of global HR data by enabling Data Stewards to execute ongoing data quality and cleansing activities.
Contributes to business processes for managing HR data throughout the data lifecycle, including data quality, metadata, and usage.
Performs analysis and trending of all related data to identify risks and determine appropriate corrective and preventative actions as necessary.
Develops a deep understanding of how HR data is used in SAP SuccessFactors, other HR systems, and integrations to other corporate tools like Active Directory, Salesforce, and the Arthrex Data Warehouse.
Partner with business owners, HR process owners, and HRIT to identify needs and objectives necessary to deliver and manage HR data.
Develop measurable KPI’s to show success and progression of data quality across the enterprise.
Provides direction to internal/external team members as it relates to HR data strategy.
Participate in strategic projects and drive solutions that align with the HR data strategy.
Collaborate effectively with system stakeholders such as the HR Global Change Board, HRIT and users to drive continuous improvement of the system and processes, requests for data enhancements, and data initiatives.
Establishes and executes quality control audits in coordination with HR leadership and Finance internal audit support resources.
Ensures data policies and procedures support data usage in compliance with applicable global laws and regulations.
Reviews and approves data access (RBP) requests, set permission guidelines, and works to protect sensitive employee information.
Oversee how HR data is collected, updated, archived, and safely deleted according to corporate retention policies.
Educate key stakeholders to reinforce data ownership, governance accountability, data management standards, and consistent execution of HR data practices across the organization.
Execute governance strategies that support CFR 820 & ISO13485 and other regulations and standards to which Arthrex is held accountable
Support Data Stewards with the identification, analysis, and resolution of NCR, and CAPA issues related to integrity, accuracy, consistency, compliance, and completeness of Master Data
