About The Position
CGS is seeking a skilled HR Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist (HRDARS) – Journeyman to support mission-critical operations for a federal client. Skills and attributes for success: Analyze HR data, develop reports and dashboards, and identify workforce trends to support leadership decisions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives . Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI
