About The Position

The HR Data Analyst will play a critical role in the implementation of SuccessFactors, leading data transformation and migration activities and supporting the ongoing reporting and analytics needs of HR. This position will be a key member of the HR Technology team, helping to build a robust, automated, and insight-driven HR function.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Three (3) years' experience in HR data management, reporting, or analytics
  • Three (3) years' experience working in cross‑functional teams and managing multiple priorities
  • Three (3) years' experience hands‑on with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, SAP, UKG, Workday, etc.) and data migration projects
  • Regular Driver's License
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements in HR (e.g., GDPR, SOX).

  • Familiarity with predictive analytics and workforce modeling.
  • Demonstrated ability to transform complex HR data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the transformation and migration of HR data from legacy systems to SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Develop and execute processes for data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation during ERP implementation.
  • Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support business decision‑making, forecasting, and workforce analytics.
  • Partner with IT and the HR team to enhance data collection processes and ensure seamless integration across systems.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement and strategic planning.
  • Support the automation and enhancement of self‑service reporting capabilities for HR and business leaders.
  • Ensure ongoing data governance, quality monitoring, and compliance with HR data policies and standards.
  • Train HR team members and end‑users on new data/reporting tools and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR Operations.
