We are seeking a people-centered HR Coordinator to serve as a trusted, consistent presence for our rapidly growing ~60-person team across four Twin Cities locations — someone who listens well, builds genuine relationships, and keeps the administrative side of HR running cleanly. This is a relationship-first, specialist role. We need someone with real HR depth, adaptable communication, and a natural ability to connect with a diverse workforce. Not a generalist.
