Turbo Tim's Anything AutomotiveMinneapolis, MN

About The Position

Turbo Tim’s mission is to offer exceptional service in order to help our customers feel safe on the road and comfortable in our shop. We strive to fulfill this mission, daily, through compassionate listening, attention to detail, and excellent communication for both our customers and internally among team members. And we gotta have fun! We are seeking a rare dual-discipline professional who brings genuine depth in both financial operations and people-centered HR — not someone who has touched both, but someone who has gone deep in each. You will own Turbo Tim’s books with rigor and be the trusted, consistent HR presence our rapidly growing ~60-person team across four locations — and growing — relies on. If you are a financial professional with a gift for building trust with people — or an HR professional who has gone deep on bookkeeping — this role was built for you. Our five core values — Community, Care, Trust, Innovation, and Fun — shape how we hire, how we operate, and how we treat each other every day. You are equally at home in a spreadsheet and a sensitive one-on-one conversation. You bring the discipline of a financial professional and the emotional intelligence of a trusted people advocate — and you understand that owning two specialized domains means bringing full depth to each, not spreading yourself thin across both. This is not a role for someone looking to grow into HR or finance. You bring both — already.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of bookkeeping or staff accounting experience — core to your work history, not supplementary
