The HR Coordinator at Mullins Mechanical and Welding (Mullins) is responsible for administrative and clerical work in relation to various Human Resources support operations including but not limited to new employee orientation training, benefits administration, payroll and benefit processing, employee services, reporting unemployment, and response to internal and external inquiries. The HR Coordinator reports to the HR Manager. The Human Resources Department is important to the success of Mullins. Employees are the most important asset, and the HR Department will be responsible for ensuring the company provides a safe and productive workplace.
