About The Position

Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is seeking a proactive and meticulous Onboarding Coordinator to support our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating the smooth integration of new hires into our resort family, ensuring a seamless start from their initial application to their first day on the job and beyond, as well as various administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficiency in ADP
  • Knowledge of ADP is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computational and computer skills
  • Advanced understanding of hospitality management
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Further education or certification in Human Resources
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with accounting programs and budgetary analysis is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including document management, uniform distribution, background checks, and updating driving lists.
  • Proficient in handling inbound calls and conducting a substantial number of outbound calls.
  • Manage applicant tracking and correspondence via ADP, ensuring efficient and engaging communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Create compelling and clear communication materials using tools like Canva.
  • Maintain and update crucial HR documentation and presentations using Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Act as a co-administrator for the company’s ADP homepage and assist in managing technical updates and functionalities.
  • Support recruitment initiatives by preparing materials for new hire packets, updating job bulletins, and assisting with international recruitment efforts.
  • Perform additional HR administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data compilation for reporting.
  • Be VERY computer savvy and able to troubleshoot onboarding software issues.
