About The Position

Supports human resources activities within a site, organizational unit, or department. Assists in the deployment of a broad range of defined Human Resources processes within the business or functional organization. Works within defined processes and procedures to provide Human Resources support to employees and may help determine the appropriate resolution to common Human Resources inquiries.

Requirements

  • Accurate, complete, and audit ready HR data management.
  • Consistent execution of HR processes (compensation, benefits, performance management, policy administration).
  • Efficient recruiting operations coordination (applicant tracking, assessments, references, onboarding).
  • Management of new hire orientations, employment contracts, relocations, and immigration documentation.
  • Regular data-entry audits and support for internal audit requests.
  • Coordination of business process activities to meet timelines and quality standards.
  • Partnership with shared services and corporate HR for compensation and benefits administration.
  • Assistance with investigations and compliance reviews.
