About The Position

The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible hiring quality employees and for the implementation of services, policies and programs through Human Resources as well as assisting and advising company managers on Human Resource Issues.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5 years of Human Resource experience
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent at problem solving
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and detail orientated
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and work well while meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize Microsoft applications, intermediate excel skills required.
  • Attention to detail and follow through on all action items
  • Must be able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
