About The Position

We are seeking an energetic, highly organized, and service-oriented HR Coordinator to own and manage the end-to-end onboarding experience while delivering a best-in-class employee experience for every new hire. This role serves as the first impression of our HR team and company culture, ensuring employees feel welcomed, prepared, and connected from offer acceptance through their first 90 days. Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or HR experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete onboarding process for all new hires from offer acceptance through first-day orientation.
  • Coordinate and conduct engaging new hire orientation sessions.
  • Ensure all onboarding paperwork, compliance documents, and employment records are completed accurately and timely.
  • Create and maintain employee personnel files and electronic records.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure workstations, equipment, badges, and access are ready prior to employee start dates.
  • Monitor onboarding metrics and continuously improve the new hire experience.
  • Serve as a welcoming and visible HR presence throughout the organization.
  • Conduct regular new hire check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days and provide feedback to HR leadership.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs, celebrations, and engagement activities.
  • Prepare welcome kits, employee gifts, and onboarding materials.
  • Support employee appreciation events, catered lunches, team-building activities, and company celebrations.
  • Assist with employee communications, newsletters, and internal announcements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records within ADP and HR systems.
  • Process employment-related documents, status changes, and employee updates.
  • Support benefits enrollment and employee questions during onboarding.
  • Assist with HR audits and compliance requirements.
  • Track onboarding completion, employee touchpoints, and engagement initiatives.
  • Manage office and breakroom supplies.
  • Coordinate conference room readiness and guest visits.
  • Support intern program administration and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist with company events and culture-building initiatives.
