About The Position

The Human Resources Consultant at T. Rowe Price will work with the teams responsible for managing investment strategies, portfolios, research, and related business activities on behalf of the firm and its clients. You will help deliver people-focused solutions that support business priorities and create a positive associate experience. In this role, you will partner with HR Business Partners, HR colleagues, Centers of Expertise, and leaders to support HR programs, projects, and initiatives across the organization. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working collaboratively, managing projects, using data to inform decisions, and finding practical ways to improve processes. You will play an important role in helping the organization attract, develop, engage, and support talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting HR programs, projects, or initiatives in a complex organization.
  • Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and deliver high-quality work.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort using data, reporting, or analytics to support decisions and recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to support HR strategies, programs, and business priorities.
  • Support projects across multiple divisions, helping translate business and talent needs into practical HR solutions.
  • Coordinate and contribute to key HR initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, performance, compensation, leadership development, workforce planning, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Use HR data, dashboards, and reporting to identify trends, support recommendations, and measure program effectiveness.
  • Help managers and associates navigate HR programs, practices, and resources, escalating more complex matters when needed.
  • Work with Centers of Expertise to support firm-wide initiatives and help drive adoption within Investments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, resources, and the overall delivery of HR services.
