About The Position
As a HR Consultant, you will drive people operations for designated small business clients on behalf of Gusto. In this role, you will excel in dynamic and challenging environments, applying your passion for developing and refining processes and practices. You will be skilled at leveraging cutting edge technology and systems to drive efficiency within the organization you support.
Requirements
- AI experience requirements vary by role and will be assessed during the interview process.
- Ability to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role) if based in Denver, San Francisco, or New York City.
- Secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection required when approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, including non-office days for hybrid employees.
