The HR Consultant, HRIS, is part of the HRIS Training & Support team within the People & Equity (P&E) Division. This role supports enterprise HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ECC, Labour Relations Information Systems, and Health & Safety Systems, with a focus on end-user training and support for both internal and external users. This is a fast-paced, operational role that balances day-to-day support with training coordination and delivery, while contributing to small to medium-sized initiatives that enhance system adoption, user experience, and operational effectiveness. The role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities while collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.
