POSITION DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, t he HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives by working closely with leaders across the organization. This role is responsible for executing core HR initiatives including annual goal setting, performance management, talent assessments, employee engagement, and employee relations. The HRBP serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, helping to foster a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture.
