The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicating such needs proactively with the HR department and management, continually aligning all business objectives in designated business units. The HR Business Partner formulates partnerships to provide support on workforce issues impacting strategic and business objectives, data analysis, identify project / partnership opportunities, leads HR initiatives and employee relations issues. As appropriate, provides individual coaching to leaders regarding their own or their department's future development plans and actions. May require travel to facilities within the system.
