About The Position

At iSpot.tv, the People Team is the strategic architect behind our operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR Business Partner to join iSpot’s culture of collaboration and innovation to support our General & Administrative and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. In partnership with HR leadership, you will influence and guide organizational effectiveness, streamline processes, and drive consistency of our approach for various people and culture focused programs and practices. You should have a track record of driving urgency for task completion and results. In addition, you will build, enhance, and counsel talent management functions such as employee engagement and experience, performance management, employee relations, change management, and employee & manager development.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR Business Partner experience; SaaS or tech industry experience strongly preferred
  • SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics with objectivity and discretion.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen, executive coaching skills, and strategic communication skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships at all levels of the organization
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done and then make it happen
  • Exceptional project and program management skills delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
  • Practical knowledge of federal and state employment laws and their applicability in the workplace

  • Coach and collaborate with all groups and influence all levels of the organization
  • Lead various programs and initiatives related to performance, talent management, training, and development to enable company growth and scale
  • Balance priorities for competing deadlines and drive urgency
  • Improve, recommend, implement systems, tools, programs and processes to align with our business strategies and our people needs to accelerate growth
  • Counsel and develop people programs to evolve our employee and candidate experience
  • Build relationships with leaders and employees for all employment-related inquiries
  • Proactively identify trends and recommend solutions, best practices, and regulatory changes to keep pace with attracting, developing, engaging and retaining iSpotters
