Sonar is scaling fast across North America, and our GTM organisation: Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Sales leadership is at the centre of that growth. This is a critical hire: we need a seasoned HR Business Partner who can embed deeply into the GTM organisation, earn trust with leaders quickly, and bring the kind of strategic people partnership that turns a fast-scaling team into a high-performing one. This isn't a support role. You will be in the room where decisions get made: org design, performance calls, leadership gaps, team structure under pressure. You'll be the person GTM leaders call before things become problems. And you'll bring data, a point of view, and a recommendation every time. You will also be an active participant in the HRBP team’s transformation, organization design, auditing workflows, replacing tactical tasks with AI-assisted alternatives, and helping shape the operating model for what an elevated HRBP role looks like at Sonar this year and beyond.
