Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and benefits. Act as the trusted partner when addressing employee issues and facilitating conflict resolution. Provide guidance on employee performance, disciplinary actions, and terminations. Talent Acquisition Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Participate as appropriate in the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Performance Management Support the performance appraisal process, providing tools and guidance for effective evaluations. Help track employee performance metrics and facilitate performance improvement plans. Facilitate employee development programs and succession planning initiatives. Policy Development and Compliance Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures in line with legal regulations and best practices. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Training and Development Identify training needs and coordinate employee training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. HR Data Management Maintain and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations to management. Prepare regular reports on HR activities, employee engagement, and turnover trends. HR Projects Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys or diversity and inclusion programs. Collaborate with other HR team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
