Responsibilities include assisting with investigations, responding to HR inquiries, processing new hires and compensation-related forms, and utilizing HRIS for leave, time and attendance, payroll, and records management. The role also involves processing employee separations, conducting exit interviews, initiating FMLA, OJI, and drug testing processes, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Maintaining professional knowledge through seminars, conferences, and publications, and developing effective working relationships with various stakeholders are key aspects of this position. The role requires tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality when handling sensitive issues.
