Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-site environment
In-depth knowledge of state and federal labor laws
Willing to travel periodically to clinical locations
Relationship builder with a collaborative working style
True team player, willing to help wherever needed
Innovative partner, looking around corners to identify areas of opportunity or improvement within our people practices
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

Provide HR support to Ivy Rehab for Kids teammates, leaders, and clinics in one territory.
Partner with leadership to ensure regions have the talent resources needed to meet goals.
Focus on teammate retention and engagement.
Promote an engaging work environment.
Ensure labor law compliance.
Provide direct strategic support across the Ivy Rehab for Kids enterprise to elevate the broader people strategy.
