About The Position

The HR Business Partner is responsible for leading the delivery of expert, region-aligned HR support across the employee lifecycle. This role manages complex HR matters with a high degree of autonomy and serves as an escalation point for Regional and Associate HR Business Partners, ensuring consistent, compliant, and effective HR practices across multiple locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive HR experience in a generalist or business partner role with regional or multi-site scope.
  • Advanced expertise in employee relations, employment law, and performance management.
  • Strong judgment, coaching capability, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert HR consultation to managers and employees on complex or high-risk HR matters.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, practices, and employment standards across the region.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues managed by Regional and Associate HR Business Partners.
  • Lead complex employee relations cases, investigations, and case resolution with sound judgment and compliance focus.
  • Coach managers on performance management, conduct issues, and resolution pathways.
  • Partner with Legal and HR leadership on sensitive employee matters as required.
  • Lead execution of regional workforce and succession planning activities.
  • Guide and facilitate performance management processes across the region.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities for complex or senior roles within the region.
  • Champion regional culture and engagement initiatives, tailoring programs to local and regional needs.
  • Support leadership and team development initiatives through coaching and facilitation.
  • Lead regional implementation of HR initiatives and improvement efforts.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to Associate and Regional HR Business Partners.
