The HR Business Partner for Outback Steakhouse is a key thought partner role based in our Tampa Restaurant Support Center. The HR Business Partner is a strategic advisor supporting MVP markets and some RSC functions in Outback, to align people strategies with organizational goals. They provide strategic and hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle, including talent attraction, training and development, performance management, succession planning, engagement and retention, and organizational enablement—ensuring alignment with business goals and leadership needs across multiple units. By leveraging data insights and business acumen, the role drives continuous improvement, retention strategies, and leadership coaching to enhance team effectiveness and support multi-unit leaders in achieving operational success. This role is based in our Tampa Restaurant Support Center and will work a hybrid schedule (mix of onsite and remote).
