JOB SUMMARY: Provides human resources leadership, guidance and consultancy to a field regional operations leadership team; responsible for implementing and operationalizing human resources policies and activities, including, but not limited to, guidance on employment law, Company policies and philosophies, recruitment, performance management, compensation, organizational change, leadership development and human resources systems.
