About The Position

This role is for an HR Business Partner who will support BDA's people and culture. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and ambition, bringing energy, bold ideas, and a willingness to dive into the unfamiliar. They will be a hands-on, on-the-ground leader, deeply engaged in the business to understand current and future employee needs and provide insights to stakeholders. The role requires the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, agile, and dynamic environment, communicate effectively in a culturally diverse environment, and solve problems creatively with win-win outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; major in Human Resources or related field
  • 5-7 years progressive HR experience
  • 1+ years recruiting and working in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
  • Previous experience managing complex employee relations issues to resolution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Smartsheet and PowerPoint
  • Prior HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse, and record management experience preferred
  • Multilingual preferred
  • Ability to organize, prioritize work, and understand HR compliance requirements
  • Regular and predictable attendance onsite required (5 days/week onsite to start, opportunity to move to a hybrid schedule with 1 day remote)
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.

  • SHRM-CP or PHR Certification preferred
