About The Position

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic and operational partner supporting the Sales organization while also providing HR support to the broader on-site employee population as needed. This role works closely with sales leadership and employees to deliver practical HR guidance, address employee relations matters, support performance management and help drive HR initiatives that align with business goals. As a true HR generalist, the HRBP is involved in all aspects of HR, including recruiting support, compliance, compensation, benefits and payroll-related initiatives. In addition to partnering with leaders, this role supports key HR operational initiatives such as benefits administration projects, payroll coordination, training, policy implementation and process improvements. The position requires a well-rounded HR professional who can independently manage a broad scope of responsibilities, confidently advise leaders and balance both strategic partnership and hands-on HR work. This role is best suited for someone with broad HR experience and the ability to influence and support business leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. (An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Human Resources, including prior experience as an HR Generalist supporting a broad range of HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance and HR operations.
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and developing high performing teams.
  • Experience in a management capacity mentoring colleagues or other employees.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of general HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with employment laws, HR compliance standards, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to work with a great deal of independent discretion in decision making and execution of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manages team members in all aspects including, recruiting, training, benefits, payroll, employee relations and disciplinary procedures
  • Coaches and advises team members and leadership through sensitive and complex associate issues to resolve conflict and seek workable solutions
  • Investigates work-related or compliance issues and presents facts, recommendations, and conclusions verbally and in writing
  • Help run reports from different Sales systems as needed (Xactly, Salesforce, etc..)
  • Help answer any employee questions
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation, system setup, document collection, and exit interviews
  • Identifies legal requirements affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance
  • Assists with the Company’s Learning and Development initiatives
  • Responds to employee’s benefit questions, assists with resolution of problems regarding access to or payment of benefits, assists employees with paperwork related to filing medical claims, and processes enrollment forms and change requests
  • Coordinates paperwork related to benefits, 401k retirement plans, workers’ compensation, and unemployment
  • Support employee lifecycle activities such as job changes, promotions, transfers, and terminations in collaboration with Sr. HR Manager
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity across HRIS systems and files in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
  • Collaborate with HR Manager to gather data, prepare reports, and provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, and engagement
  • Coordinate and support performance management processes, including goal setting, check-ins, and annual review cycles.
  • Contribute to the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Partner with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate processing of changes, leaves of absence, and employee status updates.
  • Assists with organizational development, workforce succession planning, training and performance management strategies
  • Performs other duties as assigned
