About The Position

NVIDIA is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support its Global Operations organization. This role involves partnering with HR team members and business leaders to manage staffing, onboarding, development, motivation, retention, and work organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This position will contribute to both strategic initiatives and hands-on HR support, translating business priorities into HR actions for a growing organization. Collaboration with central HR teams on performance management, employee relations, compensation, and development is also a key aspect of this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred or in progress) or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of HR experience across areas such as employee relations, performance management, talent management, or HR operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with data tools (e.g., Excel, dashboards, or HR systems) to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and establish trust.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Global Operations HR team and business leaders to understand business needs and support implementation of HR plans and programs.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on day-to-day people-related matters with support from senior HRBPs.
  • Analyze and interpret HR metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven insights to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
  • Conduct headcount analysis, assist with workforce planning and support recruitment efforts.
  • Support key HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, development planning, mobility, and compensation cycles.
  • Partner with managers and employees to help resolve employee concerns, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to support effective HR service delivery and employee engagement initiatives.
