As an HR Business Partner supporting Trend Micro’s North America Go‑To‑Market (GTM) organization, you will play a key role during an exciting period of transformation as we support TrendAI's transformation and the evolution of the North America GTM business. You will partner closely with leaders to understand business priorities, how revenue is generated, where capability gaps may exist, and how organizational and people strategies need to evolve. This role is designed for an HR professional who understands the business, its strategy, and how to translate those strategies into operational people actions that help teams execute effectively. You will work across a dynamic GTM environment, supporting leaders, enabling teams, and strengthening core HR practices while ensuring talent, structure, and culture keep pace with transformation.
