YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Is the main connection between R&D functions and HR function, the main point of contact of all management levels of R&D and employees Develops trustworthy relationships by being a trusted advisor with the ability to understand and influence the business strategy and goals and translate them into actionable business aligned people strategies Coaches on leaders’ effectiveness and helps solving business problems through diagnostic thinking, effective questions and creative thinking Develops client-focused engagement and retention strategies Support teams in business transformation strategies and activities including organizational design, change management, etc. Supports the development and implementation of HR plans, programs, and tools with business leaders and Global Practices to build and enhance organizational capability Focus on strategic people issues, trends, and solutions that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of BRP
