About The Position

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor aligning HR initiatives with business objectives across multiple locations, while tactically supporting administrative functions in a growing organization. This role partners with HR colleagues, managers, and departments to implement effective strategies in employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy interpretation. The HRBP translates business needs into HR solutions, functioning as both a management consultant and employee resource while supporting change initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers to provide HR consulting and coaching on employee relations, policy interpretation, regulatory compliance, and performance management processes.
  • Provide best practice recommendations for conflict resolution, investigations, and progressive corrective actions.
  • Support organizational change initiatives including affiliations with new legal entities.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform decision-making.
  • Support HR programs that address business challenges and advance key objectives.
  • Utilize people analytics to contribute to workforce planning efforts.
  • Support compliance activities including EEO-1 reporting and records maintenance.
  • Support administrative processes such as workers' compensation and unemployment claims.
  • Interpret HR policies and procedures for employees and managers.
  • Facilitate employee lifecycle processes including exit interviews and trend reporting.
  • Contribute to change management initiatives across the organization.
  • Build productive relationships with leadership, managers, and HR colleagues.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Benefits, Onboarding, Offboarding, Professional Development (training), and other departments to address operational needs, resolve workplace issues, and to achieve HR or shared firm objectives.
