The Human Resources Business Partner contributes to AHF by the use of appropriate HR policies and practices, and communication. Additionally, the HRBP contributes to AHF by providing day-to-day support and guidance to AHF domestic staff and management in all aspects of Human Resources. The scope of responsibility will be both tactical and strategic. The HRBP will work closely to anticipate and mitigate employee and organizational issues, make recommendations and implement solutions to attract, motivate, develop and retain key domestic employees. The Human Resources Business Partner enhances the reputation of AHF by being the main point of contact to directors, employees, and supervisors in multiple services lines regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, recruiting, training, and employee relations. The HRBP conducts research and answers routine and non-routine questions related to HR within certain limitations, interprets policy where clear-cut procedures do not exist. Working alongside the HR Domestic team, you will be required to participate in regularly scheduled meetings with HR staff to exchange information and provide ongoing support and problem resolution.
