The HR Business Partner for Northridge Manufacturing Operations provides both strategic and tactical HR partnership to manufacturing leadership and operational teams. This role works closely with business leaders to align people strategies with operational priorities, support organizational effectiveness, and ensure effective management of the employee lifecycle within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, and HR programs that support operational performance and employee engagement. This role plays a critical part in enabling manufacturing excellence by ensuring the organization has the talent, structure, and culture required to deliver operational performance.
