The HR Business Partner oversees all human resources operations in their business unit/ assigned geographical location and ensures they are aligned with the business goals. Under the direction of the Business HR Director, critical to the success of the position is managing a professional, effective and proactive relationship with senior business stakeholders by understanding their key business drivers and priorities and providing an effective interface with the Functional Leaders to help achievement of these. The ideal person will be qualified in HRM, should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management. You will communicate with the Leadership team and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations, the rights of consultative bodies and our company culture. Ultimately, you should be able to act as an expert on human resources management and organizational changes.
