The HR Business Partner is a remote, client-facing HR consultant responsible for various Human Resources functions on behalf of our clients. This is a full-time, W-2 exempt position. This includes delivering fractional HR services to HCM Unlocked’s clients in activities like employee relations, policy, and procedure development, onboarding and offboarding of employees, employee classifications, workers’ compensation, and safety team planning. Successful candidates will be extremely detail-oriented and focused on providing excellent customer service. Candidates will be empowered to make critical decisions to ensure the client’s objectives are met and issues are resolved quickly. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with multiple clients, can quickly build credibility as a trusted advisor, is comfortable moving between industries, and can execute HR work while providing practical guidance in a fully remote environment. HR Business Partners are execution partners, provide both hands-on HR administration and practical HR guidance while building strong client relationships.
