As a strategic partner to leaders across the organization, you'll play a key role in shaping the employee experience by providing expert guidance on employee relations and workplace investigations, leadership coaching and performance management, employee engagement and retention strategies, succession planning and talent development, HR policy development and interpretation, regulatory compliance and HR audits, personnel records management, non-provider credentialing, professional development and organizational training, and HR reporting and special projects. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping leaders navigate challenging situations while fostering a positive, respectful, and compliant workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Five (5) or more years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in: Employee relations, Workplace investigations, Leadership coaching, Performance management, Employment law and HR compliance, Employee engagement and retention
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification required on hire or ability to obtain within six months of hire
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills
