Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders by aligning human resources initiatives with organizational goals. This role provides consultative support to managers and employees in the areas of employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, workforce planning, employee engagement, benefits administration, compliance, and policy interpretation. The HRBP promotes a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws. This position serves as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing guidance on employee issues, organizational effectiveness, and HR best practices while balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.
