As a strategic partner to leaders across the organization, you'll play a key role in shaping the employee experience by providing expert guidance on: Employee relations and workplace investigations, Leadership coaching and performance management, Employee engagement and retention strategies, Succession planning and talent development, HR policy development and interpretation, Regulatory compliance and HR audits, Personnel records management, Non-provider credentialing, Professional development and organizational training, HR reporting and special projects. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping leaders navigate challenging situations while fostering a positive, respectful, and compliant workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Five (5) or more years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations
  • Demonstrated expertise in workplace investigations
  • Demonstrated expertise in leadership coaching
  • Demonstrated expertise in performance management
  • Demonstrated expertise in employment law and HR compliance
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee engagement and retention
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification required on hire or ability to obtain within six months of hire
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations and workplace investigations.
  • Offer leadership coaching and performance management support.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Contribute to succession planning and talent development initiatives.
  • Develop and interpret HR policies.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct HR audits.
  • Manage personnel records.
  • Oversee non-provider credentialing.
  • Facilitate professional development and organizational training.
  • Prepare HR reporting and manage special projects.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders.
  • Help leaders navigate challenging situations.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and compliant workplace culture.
