About The Position

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will play a critical role in driving the people strategy and supporting business objectives across the organization. This position will lead key HR initiatives, including performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, succession planning, and career development. The HRBP will coach and advise managers, foster a high-performance culture, and partner cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels to deliver impactful HR solutions. The HRBP will specifically support client groups in Manufacturing, Facilities, and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), ensuring tailored HR support that aligns with the unique needs of these departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or advisory capacity
  • Demonstrated experience in performance management, employee relations, engagement, and talent development
  • Strong coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and drive organizational change
  • Comfort with basic data analysis and visualization (using Excel, Tableau, or similar tools) to support HR metrics and decision-making
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • HRIS (BambooHR, Workday, and/or SuccessFactors) experience
  • ATS (Greenhouse, Taleo, and/or Lever) experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and annual reviews
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement and recognition strategies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies
  • Investigate and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
  • Design and implement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment
  • Analyze engagement survey results and partner with leaders to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify critical roles and develop succession plans
  • Support talent reviews and facilitate leadership development programs
  • Coach managers and leaders on effective people management, team development, and conflict resolution
  • Deliver training and resources to build management capability
  • Partner with employees and managers to identify career paths and development opportunities
  • Support the creation and execution of individual development plans
  • Work closely with stakeholders across departments (e.g., Manufacturing, EH&S, and Facilities) to align HR strategies with business goals
  • Act as a liaison between HR and other functions to ensure cohesive and effective people practices
