Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
Analytical mindset with proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and organizational development
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to enhance workforce effectiveness
Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts to ensure a high-performing team
Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans
Address employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend improvements
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
