Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a full-cycle HR Generalist, with a strong background in Employee Relations in a multi-site environment (experience in manufacturing, material handling, or industrial environments is strongly preferred!)
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • The ability to influence, communicate clearly, and work effectively with people at all levels
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead training, leadership development, and “new to position” programs that strengthen skills and confidence across the organization
  • Partner with managers on recruiting, succession planning, and individual development to build strong teams for today and tomorrow
  • Support a positive, respectful workplace by guiding employee relations and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations
  • Drive HR initiatives forward—measuring impact, improving processes, and delivering practical solutions that support the business
